Users uploading any content to the website must agree as part of the terms of service outlined herein that they allow their media to be reviewed by the company for consideration of approach to offer agreements without compromise to the ownership or copyright of compositions submitted. SONGWRITER MUSIC LICENSING PROGRAM RELATED TERMS OF SERVICE Certain services are only available to signed songwriters. These services include all of our licensing related initiatives. We make no guarantee or promise as to our ability to secure licensing opportunities for you and/or Copyright holder(s). Additionally, admission into the company’s song catalog licensing database is not guaranteed. INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless, Company, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, representatives, and third party providers to the Company from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement by you. RULES OF CONDUCT You agree that your submissions are subject to all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations and you are solely responsible for all data submitted, including, without limitation, the contents of your submitted material. You agree that, by submitting a composition, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights in such composition and all information contained therein and that such submission does not infringe upon the right of any third party. Please be advised that in no event shall Company and Site assume or have any responsibility or liability for the manner in which the submission is exploited or for any claim, damages or losses resulting from their use. Please also understand, that your submissions shall not be returned by Company.
